Did you know that on average, collegiate rowers started rowing at age 14? No equipment or experience required; we'll teach you!
We focus on teaching the fundamental movements of the rowing stroke, how to handle our equipment, proper body weight technique, and rowing jargon you won’t hear in any other sport!
Rowing calls for a different skillset and a different mindset than field and court sports. So, if you you think you're not an athlete, think again! And, if you good at other sports, you'll have a new challenge with rowing. Watch these videos to learn more:
Open to athletes entering grades 6 – 12 in Fall 2023
Location: 417 East Lawther Drive, Dallas, TX (East side of White Rock Lake)
Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays 9-11am. Options:
- Session 1 - June 5-8
- Session 2 - June 12-15
- Session 3 - June 19-22
- Session 4 - June 26-29
- Session 5 - July 10-13
- Session 6 - July 17-20
