At Crowbar Cardio, our goal is to provide you with a high intensity, low impact workout that changes your body without hurting it. We believe that exercise can be fun and that it should be something you can continue to do your whole life. We also aim to provide authentic workouts that focus on functional movement.

Your indoor cycling class will be comparable to a road workout, and your rowing class will feel like you’re on the water. Our circuit, yoga and Barre classes will build a foundation of strength, stability, and flexibility improving posture and mobility. Everybody (and every body) is different, which means that one exercise does not fit every individual.

So we provide a variety of fun, challenging workouts that are both safe and effective, helping you achieve wellness goals at any age or fitness level.
