About
Tradition and quality combine at Juliette Fowler Communities, a 501 (c)(3) organization, founded in 1892 and named for Dallas’ first female philanthropist, Juliette Peak Fowler. Juliette’s vision for an intergenerational living has cared for thousands of elders, children, youth, and families and continues to do so today with a wide range of services. This thriving, park-like community in the heart of East Dallas includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, and affordable senior housing, as well as a five-star quality nursing and rehabilitation center. Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services partners with JFC to provide foster care for children. A newly founded residential program, “The Ebby House,” is home to young women who have aged out of foster care.
