DALLAS, Texas (May 28, 2015) - The premier concert series "Cool Thursdays" at the Dallas Arboretum, sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank, will feature the world’s #1 tribute band to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Bruce In The USA on June 4. As Dallas' only concert series overlooking the picturesque White Rock Lake on the award-winning Martin Rutchik Concert Stage and Lawn, crowds have shown up despite rain or shine and tickets are selling quickly. Tickets are still available for purchase online.

Bruce In The USA delivers a high-energy musical experience that is a note-perfect and visually accurate recreation of a Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band show. Sponsored by Galveston Island Convention & Visitors Bureau, Bruce In The USA is sure to give a powerhouse performance with its seasoned, world-class professional musicians that take the stage. Originated on the Las Vegas strip in 2004, the show invaded the senses of guests in a fun-filled party atmosphere on the Vegas strip, while winning over the toughest skeptics.

According to Missy Whisler, Dallas Arboretum’s vice president of sales, “This show is high energy, much like how the band started in Las Vegas. We encourage guests to participate in the weekly costume contest to win prizes. This week’s theme is to wear your senior prom outfit – aka embarrass your children – for the ‘Glory Days Award’.”

In addition to the coolest view of White Rock Lake, attendees can bring picnics and beverages or purchase food from food trucks including Jack’s Chow HoundRock-n-Roll Tacos and The Guava Tree.  The gardens are also open to stroll through before the concert to enjoy the Summer at the Arboretum display and the various gardens.

The concert series continues every Thursday through July 2 and again in the fall. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the spring concerts begin at 7:30 p.m.  Single tickets start at $10-$27 and are available for purchase online. Tickets include parking.
