About
Juliette Fowler Communities provides a life of fulfillment for all generations. Founded in 1892, Fowler has served thousands of elders, children, youth and families. Offering choice, community and connection, our services include independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy following hospitalization. Fowler is also home to a collaborative foster care program and in 2014 opened "The Ebby House" for young women who have aged out of foster care.
