Sage Care Therapy Services
Our highly experienced clinical team includes Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Spanish Translators. Sage Care therapists are fully certified and have an average of 10 or more years of experience. We place emphasis on the whole child offering specialized physical and occupational therapy programs, as well as a large team of trained feeding and vital stem professionals.
Sage Care’s services are provided in the client’s home or other settings where they participate in the community, such as school. Careful use of home care has been proven by the American Medical Association to prevent “unnecessary re-hospitalizations, emergency department visits and poorer than expected health outcomes.”
