.” The “Lake & Garden District” is a tribute to two defining features of East Dallas, White Rock Lake and the countless green spaces including community gardens and the internationally renowned Dallas Arboretum. The Lake & Garden District community project is a partnership between Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, White Rock Partnership, neighborhood organizations across the East Dallas community and several neighborhood associations.
