CB Construction Receives Award for Kitchen Remodel

CB Construction was recently awarded the 2014 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award by the Dallas Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for a Residential Kitchen over $120,000. The home is in Preston Hollow.

Each year, CotY awards are presented to NARI members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This year CB Construction received the award, contending against four other projects.

The owner contacted CB Construction because she was interested in remodeling her family’s kitchen; this later expanded to include a laundry room and playroom. According to the client, the decision to hire CB Construction was made when she saw their commitment to her project.

They presented her with a cost and schedule proposal for the project. The owner was impressed with the level of detail CB Construction brought to the table and the assurance that the project would stick to the proposal and timeline from start to finish. CB Construction’s team followed the project closely through each step of the process and oversaw all work to make sure the project was completed to the owner’s complete satisfaction and adhered to the plans and specifications.

“We were very happy with the results, but we were happiest with their commitment to the project. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and we’d definitely recommend CB Construction to family and friends,” she said.
