Thanksgiving Dinner following Sunday morning worship welcomed the new Senior Pastor to Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). 

Rev. Dr. Ken Crawford joined Central following an eight month search after previous senior pastors Debbie and Steve Chisolm retired earlier in the year. 

The congregation is excited about the energy and spirit that Ken is bringing to the church.  They have already discovered that he is “hands-on” and eager when it comes to working with the members in a team effort to continue Central’s mission to reach out into the community and welcome those who want to grow and explore their relationship with Jesus Christ.   

Sunday’s dinner was a traditional Thanksgiving menu of turkey, dressing and all the trimmings with a dessert smorgasbord of sweets made with love. 

Ken was accompanied by his wife Laura, son Russell, (daughter Camille is in Lubbock at school) and some dear friends. 

Central is located at 4711 Westside Drive in Dallas and Sunday morning worship is at 11 a.m.  All are welcome!
