The Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce Secures Globally Recognized Keynote Speaker for 14th Annual Economic Summit
DALLAS, TX (April 17th, 2018) – The Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce (GEDCC) will host its 14th Annual Economic Summit on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm at the Doubletree by Hilton Campbell Centre (8250 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206). The chamber, comprised of East Dallas community leaders and activists, is thrilled to announce that this year’s Keynote Speaker will be well-known Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Global Leader, AND East Dallas resident – Nina Vaca. Bringing years of experience and dedication to her career and the business community, Nina will focus on her presentation on her background and entrepreneurial journey. Combining the East Dallas community’s dedication to technology, transportation, education, growth, and development, this year’s Economic Summit will center around the theme “East Dallas CONNECTS”.
Hear from East Dallas City Councilmen and various speakers on topics surrounding the economic vitality of the Greater East Dallas community and this year’s theme. C. C. Young is this year’s Presenting Sponsor, and Oncor is confirmed as a $5,000 Gold Sponsor.
Registration begins at 9:00am, and the program begins promptly at 9:30am. The morning will include a continental breakfast during Registration, followed by speaker introductions and Q&A sessions. After Lunch, participants will hear from event sponsors and then move to the Hall to network and visit various Committee tables.
