The JL Long PTA hosted the 26th Long Run 1 mile fun run and 5K race yesterday!  The 6th grade soccer team was strongly urged to participate as part of PTA/YMCA after school program and run in their team jersey.  Most players that participated ran the 1 mile and a couple ran the 5K. There was plenty of buzzing activity and food provided by Mexico Lindo Restaurant and Big Daddy's BBQ!  A good time was had by about half the team that participated and they were gauranteed starting positions for Saturday's game against the St. Mark's Lions.
