Fall Festivities: Pumpkins Galore at Dallas Arboretum

With the arrival of fall, the Dallas Arboretum is transforming itself into an autumn fairyland. From September 17th to November 23rd, the grounds will be filled with 150,000 fall flowers and foliage and an abundance of pumpkins, gourds and squash.

Visitors can channel their inner princess (or prince) as they stroll through Cinderella’s Pumpkin Village. Built with 1,200 pumpkins and gourds, the exhibit will delight both the young and young at heart as they visit the four houses based on the classic story. Don’t forget to snap a photo with Cinderella’s carriage! The life-size carriage, straight out of the fairy tale, is white with gold detailing.

It really is pumpkins galore at the Arboretum with the Tom Thumb Pumpkin Patch. Guests can pick and purchase the perfect pumpkin to take home. There’s also the Great Pumpkin Search, where kiddos can try to find all the different types of pumpkins and gourds.
