The Woodrow Wilson High School's Mock Trial Team placed in the top eight out of 28 teams in the Dallas ISD Mock Trial Competition held Jan. 24 at the George S. Allen Courthouse.  The Wildcats will advance to the regional quarter-finals that begin Thursday, 6:00pm, Jan 29 at the same location.  The Dallas Bar Association organizes the annual competition and solicits volunteer attorneys to judge each round.   The Woodrow Wilson team coaches include Mike Buchanan, parent of two Woodrow grads; Adam Greenfield, Woodrow Alum; and Monty Watson and Ben DuBose, both parents of current Wildcats.  The team sponsor is Mr. Ty Hathorn, International Baccalaureate History teacher at Woodrow Wilson High School.
