The theme for the Dallas Arboretum for 2011 has been "It's a Fairy Tale World," and the Arboretum has stuck with its theme, all the way to its final seasonal showing. From now until Saturday, December 31, visitors to the Dallas Arboretum will have an opportunity to experience several, unique fairy tales first hand.

There wil be seven Fairy Tale castle exhibits on display, including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, the Little Mermaid and Jack & the Beanstalk. And, of course, there will be winter holiday decorations as well. Guests can check out elaborate displays of Santa Claus and the North Pole, the 12 Days of Christmas and the Night Before Christmas.

In case anyone wasn't able to make it out to the last seasonal exhibit, Cinderella's Enchanted Holiday Carriage will still be available for pictures. Also, the Arboretum will be bringing in a live reindeer on the weekends for kids that have never seen one in real life before.

If you can only make one trip to the Arboretum each year, this would be the perfect time to do it. Don't miss out on this event and the chance to get into the holiday spirit.
