The weather has finally cooled off and while it may be a little chilly now, the days are clear and sunny. It's the perfect time to get out of the house and enjoy the great outdoors. However, it would be wise to steer clear of White Rock Lake this weekend to avoid getting caught up in the White Rock Marathon.

The marathon is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 4 beginning at 8:00 a.m. with the race beginning in Fair Park. The race will take runners through the Arts District, Uptown, Turtle Creek, Highland Park, the M Streets, around White Rock Lake and through Swiss Avenue.
