On Thursday, January 22, the public is invited to the Lakewood Branch Library to enjoy a free presentation by Dallas Park and Recreation Department Director Willis C. Winters on “Art Deco Architecture at Fair Park,” using images from his book, Fair Park, followed by a book signing. Doors open at 6 pm for seating and refreshments. The program begins at 6:30 pm.
