J.L. Long 6th grade Spring Soccer registration time is here!  League play is through the White Rock YMCA.  The team is co-ed and open to anyone attending JL Long and any other nearby school. Players of any skill level are welcome. Registration is now through February 10.

The team will consist of 14+ players and will be co-ed. Everyone will have a chance to play! The team practices are at Randall Park across from Woodrow Wilson High Schoool from 4:15 to 6:00 PM.  Games are mostly played on Saturdays.  

This Spring, we are inviting 5th graders from our feeder pattern schools to play as well.  If we get enough players, we may have 2 teams this Spring as we did this past Fall.  Both Coach Daniel and Coach Victor are up for the challenge once again!

Cost is $65 for Y members and $105 for non-Y members.  Scholarships are available. Practices start February 12th and our first game is soon thereafter.  

This past Fall our 2 co-ed teams had a blast and both teams finished towards the top of the leader board - albeit a bit of a wet Fall!  We are competitive, but like to have fun!!
