From the time it was created by the legendary Berry Gordy, Motown Records changed the landscape for soul music in America and across the globe. Now, two of its biggest success stories, The Temptations and The Four Tops, will come together on Friday, March 4 to provide North Texans a fabulous look back on one of the most influential periods in American music. It is only appropriate that these blockbuster acts will perform at The Statler Ballroom, which was in its heyday when the Motown artists released their biggest hits.

The legendary Statler Ballroom opened in 1956 and has been home to shows by everyone including The Jackson 5, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bob Hope, Cher, Perry Como, Jerry Lee Lewis, Luci & Desi Arnaz, and more.  The Statler was then known for its celebrity appearances and recognized as one the first modern hotels in the United States. The iconic space boasts retro-forward, mid-twentieth century design and added amenities, and it has received a notable amount of press and attention since its reopening in 2017. The Statler, both yesterday and today, could be described as an entertainment destination with a boutique hotel attached.

Tickets for this amazing night of music start at $69, and can be purchased at TheStatlerDallas.com/concerts. VIP seating is $129. Additionally, guests can make a weekend of their experience by booking a stay at the historic hotel. Packages include a guest room, general admission tickets and valet parking.
