Karyna, an exchange student from Ukraine is in need of a host family within the Woodrow Wilson feeder pattern starting Jan 3rd.

Karyna below is a participant in a very competitive scholarship program funded by the U.S. Department of State. Host families serve on a volunteer basis and are eligible for a $500 tuition discount if they have high school children interested in World Learning's Summer abroad programs for US students. These exchange students are required to have an excellent knowledge of the English language and participate in Global Enhancement activities, along with community service hours during their time in Dallas. This is a life changing opportunity to bring the world into your home and travel without having to leave Dallas. Karyna loves her community in East Dallas and Woodrow Wilson high school and we would love to keep her there as well. Her current host family is a great family who enjoys having Karyna in their home and have committed to hosting until just before she starts her spring semester.

If you're a family who is interested in another culture or knows someone who would benefit from this amazing experience, please contact:
