The Grape hosts a special “Chef’s Come-As-You-Are Wine Dinner” featuring Malvira Winery on Thursday, August 25.  Sous Chef Scott Girling who spent 6 months studying at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria takes the lead, featuring an intimate 3-course bistro menu to complement selected wines from Roero, Italy. Special guest host is Karla Barber of Dionysus Imports.

The Grape's monthly wine dinner provides a fun, casual setting, that allows the guest to "come-as-they-are" and dine at their own pace, allowing for a more festive one-on-one format with the wine experts.  Themes include a wine expert/host for the evening who speaks to each individual table about the wines selected.
