On Thursday, January 22, the public is invited to the Lakewood Branch Library to enjoy a free presentation by Dallas Park and Recreation Department Director, Willis C. Winters, on “Art Deco Architecture at Fair Park,” using images from his  book, Fair Park, followed by a book signing.  Doors open at 6:00 pm for seating and refreshments.
