Kerri Green will be on hand to discuss her colorful Contemporary Art Quilts that have been displayed across the country and most recently in Germany.

Kerri works in fiber, thread and color, and hand dyes much of her fabric, creating "quilt sandwiches" that are a feast for the eye.

Kerri's work has been exhibited in many juried quilt shows such as QuiltCon, Quilt National, Quilt Festival, Visions, and Form Not Function.

She most recently won a blue ribbon from the Quilter's Guild of Dallas for her work, "Hello Darkness My Old Friend".

The program, sponsored by the Friends of the Skillman Southwestern Library will open at 12:30 with refreshments, followed by Ms. Green's presentation.

Admission is FREE and all are welcome to attend.

Parking is available at the Library 5707 Skillman Street @Southwestern Blvd.
