To Be Like Me is a nonprofit, disability awareness program designed to help break down barriers that exist for those with disabilities, shed light on the positive impact of inclusion, and foster awareness of the unique abilities of others. Through meaningful interactions with our LEADers who live with disabilities, we create a learning opportunity for all ages that fosters empathy and compassion and equips our communities to be more inclusive. 

Mark your calendar and join us on Sunday, April 3 from 2-4 PM at the Tolleson Family Activity Center. Community Day is perfect for families, service organizations or church groups. Attendees will experience interactive programming covering at least eight areas of disability, while meeting, connecting with and asking questions of our amazing LEADers (people living with disabilities). It's the best way to participate in our program, just like the local elementary students that go through it on a weekly basis.
