I have been a teacher for nine years in special education schools and Montessori schools. I have a Masters Degree in the field of education, specializing in Montessori, ages 3-6. I have experience in tutoring and teaching english and math to elementary school students.

I have a passion for teaching and I have a talent in working with children. My teaching philosophy is not just to instruct, but to appreciate and develop the talents of each student. Not only do I want to help children understand and nurture their academic strengths, I want to instill confidence in themselves and encourage them to develop a curiosity about the world around them. In addition to providing enthusiastic and nurturing instruction, I am compassionate, creative, and patient.
