Felps, the writer, editor, and publisher of EastDallasTimes.com and a Lakewood and Lake Highlands BubbleLife contributor, died Thursday morning from complications following a brain aneurysm.
Felps, 55, suffered a brain aneurysm on Wednesday, October 5th, and had been in a coma for about a week at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
