C.C. Young, the non-profit retirement home in Lakewood, is preparing for the Grand Opening of its newest apartment complex - The Overlook - on Wednesday, July 27 at 8:30 a.m. The Overlook is comprised of 108 apartment homes and each has an astounding view of either White Rock Lake, Downtown Dallas or C.C. Young's brand new Central Park.

The Overlook began construction back in January 2010 and cost $50 million to build. In a C.C. Young press release, the company claims the project helped boost the job market by bringing in numerous new job construction jobs and hiring 13 new full-time employees to work at The Overlook.
