Many residents in Lakewood were despondent when Matt's Rancho Martinez announced it would be moving out and a Mi Cocina would be moving into the vacated spot in the Lakewood Shopping Center. However, fans of the restaurant can now rejoice for Matt's Rancho Martinez won't be leaving Lakewood after all.

The restauarant has signed a lease at the intersection of Skillman and Live Oak in an 8,000 square foot space. It will take some time before Matt's is completely relocated but good news nonetheless for Lakewood residents.
