Sharpen up your child’s sports and basketball skills this summer! Join us and your friends for a week of fun and sports training at our FOL Sports Camp.
The emphasis will be on basketball and general agility skills but we will have an introduction to several different sports throughout the week with local experts. This year the kids will get to try Yoga, Kids CrossFit, agility training and martial arts.
We will have our dad coaches and local high school student-athletes working together with all age and skill levels that will help players improve balance, endurance, decision making, leadership, teamwork and more.
Open to boys and girls ages 5-12. Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Early drop off at 8:30 am available.
Camp T-shirt included with every registration. Pizza party lunch on Friday of camp for all campers. Bring sack lunch and water bottle all other days.
