Tsunami 30 is 30-minute intense, competitve workout experience. The format is station-centered using BOSU Balls, Kettlebells, bands, gliding discs and Dynamax medicine balls. Students are divided into teams and pushed to work at max capacity. No one will leave this class wishing it were longer.
Tsunami 60 is a A 60-minute boot-camp workout anchored by the IndoRow machine. Students will work at his or her own level, rotating between stations focusing on arms, core, and legs, with the cardio station on the rowers. Other equipment used will include BOSU Balls, Kettlebells, bands, gliding discs, Dynamax medicine balls.
