Cody Patterson, 17-year-old East Dallas resident and a junior at Dallas Lutheran, recently placed 10th in the TAPPS 3A District 3 Golf Tournament at the Sherrill Park Golf Course in Richardson. Patterson is a member of Dallas Lutheran’s varsity golf team and helped lead them to victory at the district tournament on April 10 where they were named the 2015 District Champions. This is the first district championship in many years for Dallas Lutheran golf.  They were led by Noah Hasse, individual champion, and Cody Patterson, who placed tenth individually. Patterson alongside his teammates participated in the regional competition on April 21, at Canyon West in Weatherford. Cody finished the tournament tied for 15th place and Dallas Lutheran finished fifth overall.

Patterson was also recently named TAPPS Second Team All-Conference in basketball. He plays guard on Dallas Lutheran’s varsity basketball team.
