Abraham was especially impressed with the details Black provided throughout the entire construction process. “They’re the best I’ve ever used,” he said of CB Construction. “We were provided with weekly updates and status meetings that informed us as to what was completed the previous week, and a forecast as to what would be worked on in the upcoming week,” he said. “I don’t know anybody who can give that kind of insight to clients.”

Abraham said that at any time throughout construction on his home, he could ask Black where progress was on the project and get a direct, informed answer. If any sort of change in plans or surprises popped up — as they often do in construction — Black made sure to immediately notify the Abrahams about any outstanding issues that needed to be addressed.

Abraham said it is this knowledge and information that sets CB Construction apart from other building firms. “The good thing about Chris’ work is that he laid it out in advance to let us know exactly what was happening at all times,” Abraham said.

With a baby on the way and limited time, good planning is exactly what the Abrahams needed. “I could rest easier knowing that our project was in good hands,” he said.
