Missed opportunities resulted in a 1-0 loss for the Friars on Monday, as Bishop Lynch fell to rival Bishop Dunne in district play.

The Falcons cored the match's only goal late in the first half with a header off a corner kick. The Friars had several opportunities, including a penalty kick in the second half, but were unable to get a shot in the net.

The Friars continue to push toward the postseason and will host TCA-Addison on Thursday for Senior Night. The JV boys will play at 6 p.m., followed by the varsity at 7:30.
