Bishop Lynch golf teams took top spots today during the Friar Invitational at Richardson's Sherrill Park, as the Friars won the overall team title and the Lady Friars finished second.

Sophomore Jamie Ruengmateekhun carded a tournament-low score of 74 (+2) and senior Trevor Burton finished sixth with an 84 to help the men's team win despite very windy conditions.

The Lady Friars had three Top 10 finishers helping the team place second.

Junior Lauren Campagna led the team with her third-place performance, Lillie Frazier was fourth and sophomore Madi Gorman finished sixth.

The teams will host another tournament Monday at Woodbridge Golf Club in Wylie.
