Bishop Lynch continues to roll through its district opponents, sweeping yet another team Tuesday with a 3-0 road win at John Paul II.

The Lady Friars (22-8 overall, 4-0 district) have swept all four district foes they've seen this season and put away JPII with relative ease, winning by scores of 25-21, 25-13 and 25-14.

Sophomore Madi Tyus led a balanced BL attack, registering 11 digs, nine kills and a block. Senior Francesca Goncalves had nine digs and eight kills to go with a pair of blocks and Catherine Balido smashed a team-high 12 kills.

Callie Williams (17 assists, eight kills) and Melanie Heigele (14 assists) were also key contributors to another Bishop Lynch victory.

The Lady Friars — ranked 16th overall LoneStar Volleyball's statewide poll — will host Fort Worth Nolan on Tuesday night before hitting the road next Thursday to face Prestonwood Christian. Both matches are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
