 r high school student who is considering rowing as their Spring 2023 sport
 . Water and land based training will focus on teaching the basics of rowin
 g technique\, handling equipment and cardio/weight bearing exercise fundam
 ental to becoming a skilled oarsman. \n No experience is necessary! Rowing
  is a sport learned in adolescence. On average\, collegiate rowers started
  the sport at age 14. Now is the time to start\, so learn with the best at
  DUC. \n Who:? Boys and girls in grades 8-12 \n What?: Two hour rowing tra
 ining sessions over five consecutive days \n When?: Monday-Friday\, 5-7 PM
