Woodrow Wilson's elite competition cheer squad recently finished their competition season with a 5th place finish in the National Cheer Competitions.  The competition cheer squad is a handpicked group of JV and Varsity Woodrow Cheerleaders who sacrifice time and energy to perfect difficult competitive routines. The competition, conveniently located at the Kay Bailey Hutchins Convention Center, was filled with pony-tailed squads of perfectly dressed young ladies from all over the country, with the hopes of performing perfect routines.  This was a weekend that the girls had to rely on each other to be their very best, and they did not disappoint.  Our cheerleaders rocked their categories and were 5th overall.  That's the spirit!
