Charlotte Abate and Brandon Douglas Perform in Duet Acting.
Four Lakehill Upper Schoool students competed in the State TAPPS Academic and Speech competition in Waco on April 7. These students were Christian Giadolor (extemporaneous persuasive speaking), Charlotte Abate and Brandon Douglas (duet acting), and Cameron Gavinski (solo acting). Gavinski advanced to the finals on April 8, claiming a spot in the Top 8 in Texas.
Two Lakehill students earned top finishes at the TAPPS State Art Competition. Yinting Fan medaled with a second place finish in Painting and Sam LaJone took fifth in the same category. Fan also placed fourth in Drawing.
